Senior IT Consultant

B Technologies is a Neutral Bay based IT company. We work closely with a range of small to medium business clients. High quality professional services are our strength, providing premium IT help and support, hardware sales, network management and other IT related products and services.
We are expanding and are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and confident IT professional to join our dynamic team.

You are required to have your own reliable vehicle for site visits (car allowance provided).
You must have the following attributes:
- Have minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial IT support or consulting INCLUDING face to face contact with clients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage and build client relationships
- Have solid knowledge to support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, including Windows 2003 and 2008 Server Family and Exchange servers, networking applications, backup software and desktop applications, on site and as well as via the phone and using remote software
- Ability to convey a professional image to internal and external clients
- Team player who contributes positively to the effectiveness of the team
Other desirable attributes:
- IT Tertiary or formal Microsoft qualifications preferred
- Ability to effectively summarise and present technical issues at various levels in the business
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deliver results in the most effective manner
- Self motivated with a high level of initiative
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn to keep up to date with the latest technology changes
- Willing to push and extend your limit for new challenges
- Organised and structured
This is a full time role and is available for immediate start. This is NOT an entry level position.
